When Robyn Dochterman lost her job as a newspaper journalist, she decided to channel her creativity into starting a new career. And she didn’t have to look very far for some sweet inspiration: she’s a chocolate lover! So, Dochterman got the training to become a chocolatier.
Robyn and her partner, Deidre Pope started the St Croix Chocolate Company in 2010 with a simple motivation; that each piece of chocolate be “bliss in a bite”.
