Honoring those who served

Honoring those who served

Veterans Day means something deeply personal to me.

After serving 23 years in the U.S. Army, I realized that the military wasn’t just something I did—it became part of who I am. I joined before 9/11, not knowing that decision would take me around the world, from the sands of Iraq with the 652nd Engineer Company to the honor of retiring as a Sergeant Major. Along the way, I built bridges—literally and figuratively—and made lifelong friends who I still carry with me every day.

This year, as a chocolatier, I’m bringing together my two worlds with something special: CRE – Chocolates Ready to Eat. Inspired by the military’s MREs, this limited-release 4-pack features some of our favorites—Burnt Cinnamon Bourbon, Honey Whiskey, Peanut Butter, and Salted Butter Caramel. Only 200 boxes will be available this weekend only for $12.99.

To support other veterans, a portion of every CRE sale will support Pawsitivity, a local nonprofit that rescues and trains service dogs for veterans and first responders at no cost to them. I’ve seen how service dogs give back dignity, independence, and hope—and I’m proud to stand behind that mission.

Let’s honor those who’ve served by supporting those who continue to serve.
Because some missions never end—only change flavors.

Stop in this weekend or order online now to ensure you get one, and help make a difference for those who’ve served. Every purchase supports Pawsitivity’s mission to pair rescue dogs with veterans and first responders, giving strength and purpose where it’s needed most. Visit Pawsitivity’s website to see the lives they’re changing every day—and join us in honoring our heroes, one chocolate at a time.
