Shipping Risks
Please note that St. Croix Chocolate isn’t responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. For best results, ship to a business or daytime address.
Weather & Refunds
We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for chocolates affected by weather or shipping conditions, but we always pack them with great care.
Gift Tips
If you’re sending a gift, consider letting the recipient know to expect a special delivery. The anticipation is part of the fun!
Storing your Chocolates
Store your chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, humidity, and pets. Avoid refrigerating them, as condensation and odors from other foods can affect their appearance and taste. For the best experience, enjoy your chocolates within three weeks of purchase while they’re still fresh and full of flavor.
