A Chocolatier’s Curated Collection: While selecting chocolate for St. Croix Chocolate Company, head chocolatier Robyn Dochterman loves to find intriguing flavors and discover the stories behind those chocolates. She’s gathered some of her favorites in this collection of tasting bars.

These are not just any chocolates: all of them are single origin, fine-flavor chocolates crafted from the finest cacao on the planet. Most are organic, fair-trade, and several are from farms or firms run by women. They are rare – and getting more so, as climate change causes upheavals and shortages in the world of cacao and chocolate. You’d be hard pressed to find them anywhere else, even in shops that sell fine chocolate bars.

Our 4- and 8-piece collections are boxed with tasting notes for each chocolate, as well as a booklet about how to taste fine chocolate. Each collection is perfect to enjoy by yourself, share with someone special, or impress your book club!

Please note that since supplies are limited and always changing, you will receive 4 or 8 unique bars, but the selection will be Chocolatier’s choice.
