Step inside a pop‑up chocolate studio at Midwest Mercantile for a rare Bonbon‑Making experience with St. Croix Chocolates owner and chocolatier, Jason Moldan. Jason doesn’t teach many classes, so this intimate, hands‑on session is a big deal and seats are very limited.

Together, you’ll decorate and fill your own bonbons leaving with a dozen stunning chocolates to enjoy or share.  Along the way, you’ll taste your way through the story of chocolate, learn how it’s made from bean to bar, and hear Jason’s own journey from chocolate fan to chocolate entrepreneur.

No experience is needed—this is an entry‑level, super‑welcoming class, and quite possibly a once‑in‑a‑lifetime chance to make bonbons side‑by‑side with the chocolatier behind St. Croix Chocolates, right inside Midwest Mercantile.
